Add a Shortcut to order elements like in Photoshop Layers

Many times when I have to change element position in ‘Overview Tab’ accidentaly I move it inside other element… In Photoshop (Windows) when you hit " CTRL + [ " layer go down in the layers list, and " CTRL + ] " moves up

Adding a shortcut like this will be handy,
