It would be great if I could use this program to create Bootstrap Blocks components that can be reused in "any" web development. can .bscomp components be exported? I know there is an export function but I only want the component and not the whole page.

Yes you can export your components, but you will need to generate as a page i order to get your generate HTML.

You can also save your components to your component library and you can then use it in any BSS design
