BSS refusing to update

I have a lifetime edition and cannot seem to get it updated. Using the 'check for updates' link shows that downloads are taking place but after restarts, my version number remains 4.3.1. I have also downloaded and installed the full 4.4.2 app again, but it makes no difference..

Any ideas?

Contact Support for software issues, no one here on the forums can help with that as we are mostly users and the Devs don't come here regularly. Good Luck! points to the Contact Us link at the to menu
