I'm not getting the bootstrap studio. Already tried with 3 different cards
I would politely suggest:
Stop using cards to try and repurchase it
Just be patient
If needed contact them to resolve the issue
I haven't received my license.

It can take up to 15 minutes for your license to arrive. We need to validate your payment first.
