I just the latest version and i tried to open a bs file sent by a friend who got the BS license last year. It says I dont have the latest version and so I cannot upgrade.. I just paid for the 1 year license and it says i dont have the latest version.. SO frustrated.
Contact support, the people on the forums are mostly just users of the app and really cannot help you with purchase or upgrade issues.
