Carousel autoplaying

Hi,

I m currently having issue with Carousel. Well I got 5 slides of carousel in the middle of my single page website. by the time i scroll down n got to the carousel, the slide is like at the 3rd or 4th already. if i rush it down, i barely reach the first slide. I do want the carousel to slide automatically with time interval which i set it to 7000ms. but then I don't want it to start till the viewer reach to the slide. Any idea how to paused till reaching to the slide?

Only way for you to do this is with some custom js I think.

I did a google search and saw this which looks like it's may be helpful.
