Start app > New Design > Clean Sky > Customize > scroll down all the way or down+up and stop midway.
The scrolling will stop in one spot and remained there for a few seconds despite clicking or continue scrolling furiously.
This happens in the template page too, right after clicking New Design and scrolling to the bottom.
Interesting, but I can confirm that it does this on Mac.
