A picture is worth a thousand words
While this is not directly adding the functionality to Bootstrap Studio's inbuilt editor, the roadmap for the coming 5.0 version of Bootstrap Studio will allow you to use your own external editors. (Think VSCode or Sublime Text 3).
I'm fairly sure that either of these programs will have plugins that allow you to open any links in your code.
