I have two machine one Windows 10 and other Linux. I've created a .bsdesign file on Windows and copy it to my Linux machine. When I try to open it on the Linux machine nothing happen, I got a empty window with nothing inside and no menu.
Any idea ?
Sorry that you've run into such an issue! Make sure that your Linux copy is upgraded to the latest version (it will be best to download the latest release from our website and install/run it). If the problem persists, can you send us the bsdesign file at hi [at] bootstrapstudio [dot] io?
