DNS keeps getting DNS Record is not set

I keep getting DNS record not set for adding a subdomain. If I go to the website-url in the brozser it shows the bootstrap studio logo, but it is not possible to connect with the bootstrap studio application. If I do a DNS record checker I get the correct record.

You should contact support directly for any issues dealing with their hosting sites as this is pretty much a user to user forum.
