Can't possibly diagnose this without seeing the code, your uploaded site, or your .bssdesign file. You've somehow added a component that is exceeding the size of its parent container (or the body.) The overflow results in a horizontal scroll bar. I would start by deleting objects from the page one at a time, until the scroll disappears. That will help you narrow it down.
