Licence was installed on laptop which is now reformated

Hello,

I was using Bstudio on laptop which were than give to new guy who reformated it. Is the licence forgotten from that machine? Since I know i can install it on 3 devices, but now im cofused if i still have active 3 (-1 on my home pc)
