Lifetime license, but BS saying updates will expire

I have the lifetime license for BS. This is shown on the about dialog. However when using BS it pops up a notification saying my updates are about to expire, please update my license.

I take it this is a bug? Why is it saying I soon won't get updates, when I have a lifetime license?

You need to contact Customer Service about that issue, it's not something the users on the forum can help with at all.
