Linked Navbar menu not working

I have a Navbar on my index.html page which is a linked component on all other pages in the site. All of the menu items on the navbar work except for the first one which is labeled "home" and points to index.html

Has anyone here encountered this issue and/or have a solution?

duplicate a working "Nav Item" in the Components

duplicate the defect "Nav Item" in the Components change the defect Item to the other values

check the html-Code

you may have a litte " " or something at the wrong place

or post the html-Code of your Nav
