Local site not matching bss.design site

For some reason the local version of my site doesn’t match the bss.design site after publishing.
Why would that be?

I shared the parallax hero in the online library, search for Charles Parallax hero.

Yes all your inline styles and sections inside the parallax div

Is it good practice to structure a page as follows?
