Hi. I sent three emails so far to support and no one answered to me so far in any way. Is the support even exists? Is someone answering?
Doesn't help your issue, but after this I'd suggest looking at a password manager like https://www.lastpass.com/. At my age and having to remember passwords for more then 30 sites and apps, it's been great to have.

Being that it was a weekend, most likely that is why you didn't get a response. You'll probably hear something from them soon if you have emailed them via their contact form.
