I use custom vanilla JavaScript with the help of chatGPT. You can generate printable math quizzes for integer number and fraction. It is in Malay language. I have been meaning to add localization though.
Jana is Generate
Cetak is Print

I gave this a shot and used Google Translate to read the page. The work on this is spectacular. I really appreciate the no-nonsense interface and the level of customisation you have added.
