New design bug

Start BS, click on the CREATE NEW DESIGN, name is Untitled, click on Landing Page, click on the CREATE button. Boom, window goes dark, no elements/components on it. See pictures. This bug can be reproduced with Landing Page and Product Page templates. Blank and Blog Post are ok.

Linux version. I'm using Arch Linux if this matter. Menus are responsive but just for show, if I click on some menu option nothing happens.

I just discovered new issue to this bug, it's totally arch linux related. I do not know why there is not working, but in Solus or Deepin (Debina) it works as is expected. I'm not sure if this is really bug anyway.

Is it possible that I do not have installed some library on arch linux?
