I have 2 columns. The left one has an image in it and the right has paragraph text. When I resize the page to be smaller the image scales appropriately but the right column with the text stretches vertically, which I dont want. How do I get to the right column to scale down like the left column?
You’ll want to first select your row, that contains the two columns - this is easiest by going to the Overview panel on the bottom left hand side of the canvas.
After you have selected this, go to the Options tab on the right hand side.
Here at the top there should be some Row Options. Look for Per Row that can be expanded.
Expand this, and from the first drop down choose 1, then next to LG, choose 2.
This would be the best way to make your site mobile friendly.
Alternatively, you can set the column widths manually by selecting the columns and from the toolbar above the canvas you can use the buttons to grow and shrink their size. I don’t always advise this as it can be a bit funky.
