Preview Not Loading webpage

Not sure what happened but I used to be able to hit the preview button and opened in the browser and it would load. Now I have tried it again and it just gets stuck at loading till it gets an error.

I have tried restarting, uninstalling, firewall, using chrome over safari, another computer. Nothing works.

What do I do?

I am using the port http://127.0.0.1:8000 I have tried changing ports or also using the other http://192.168.68.110:8000/ still wont work.

Okay im a little stupid. I got a js code that loops forever making me thinking the webpage wont load.
