Hi , Sorry to post here , but i had no other option. Today i purchased studio with much hope. But i am yet to get license in mail. I raised ticket in contact form with no response. eagerly waiting for license , if somebody notice this and take actions , i would appreciate
Once again if you people would search the forums, you would know that posting here is "not an option" rather than "another option" for purchase issues. This is not the customer support area, this is a user to user forum and not the customer support for purchases. A dev may get on periodically, but definitely not often enough to solve these issues. You'll need to just wait till you get something from them or submit another ticket.
