# Smartforms Verification E-mail

I know this is a common issue after viewing the many forum threads on this topic. I am trying to verify an e-mail address but never receive the verification code. I’ve checked the spam folder, verified that I can receive e-mails from other addresses, white listed [forms@bootstrapstudio.io](mailto:forms@bootstrapstudio.io). The address I’m trying to use is: [alicia@citystreetrn.org](mailto:alicia@citystreetrn.org)
