Sublime Text as editor - Does a license for it come with BS Studio?

I'm told Sublime Text (ST) is a very good editor for BS Studio. I understand BS Studio is $25. Does this license include ST as well, or must ST be purchased separately?

Is ST at integrated with BS Studio, or can any other editor be used? Regards, Lou.

I'm using atom (atom.io) text editor, with bootstrap 3 support (snippets, code coloring, auto completion etc). And it's free.
