Text Selection Fails

Today I went to remove a link on text in a paragraph and noticed that the top attribute panel would not display. I assume that this is because the text would also not select. Double-click selection, click-n-drag selection, and select all does not work.

Everything was fine a couple of days ago, so I assume this is a bug from an update?
Current BS version is 6.3, running a 4.6 site.

Solved, in a sense, thanks to the wonderful bugs team.

For anyone that runs into this issue, if you have a CSS ::selection block

you can work around the issue by changing background-color to background.

I was told this should be fixed/patched within a week.
