Somehow they lost their position and are now tabs which cover the page I am working on which is prohibitive. I've gone through every menu and tried all variants of clicking and dragging but have been unable to fix it. Visual Studio allows you to reset your window positions when you screw something up but this program appears to be lacking an obvious way to perform that.
You can also just mouse over the border to the right (or left if it's the right sidebar) and you'll get the arrows to move it, just click it and it will go back the way it was.
