After installing the program as DEB i try to start Bootstrap-Studio but only a blank, white window appears.
The second try was to extract the tar.gz file and start the Application manually as root. But the same blank window appears with no error-message in the shell.
Please help.
You should contact support directly rather than posting on the forums for something like this. Although someone may come around to help you, it's not the most beneficial way to get support for issues with the software. Do keep in mind that it's a major holiday so things may be a bit slow right now.
