Version 6.4 is going to be the next big update to Bootstrap Studio. Here is what we have planned:
- Support for dark and light modes. This includes a collection of tools and new options for redefining the CSS variables of the Bootstrap theme, previewing dark and light modes in the app, and a new ThemeSwitcher component. This all depends on the availability of the final Bootstrap 5.3 release, which is still in active development.
- New Reflow components for user settings, orders and authentication.
- Auto-hide support for the application menu.
- Various minor features suggested on the forum.
We will release these features as they are ready. Update (Jun 14 2023): we released Bootstrap Studio 6.4.2 with dark and light mode support. The rest of the features were shipped in 6.4.0. With this our 6.4 series is complete and we’re on to 6.5.
