I think we would love it that when you "uninstall" a component from the online section the dependencies get removed from the code to keep it nice and clean without having to export code and manually delete all.
Please do a search on the forums, it's already been requested many times and the work arounds for it have already been given on how best to handle this issue until such a time as they clean themselves up. :)
