A way to keep track of which pages contain particular linked components

I just had a thought last night while working on a website on a way to quickly see which pages a particular linked component is on. I haven’t really given this a ton of thought. It’s just a quick idea that came to me, but I’d love to know what people and the devs @martin think? The image below pretty much explains it all. Basically, any linked component would have an additional “link” icon in the menu that shows up when it’s selected, and when you hover over the link icon, a dropdown would show all the pages in your website that contain this component.

This sounds like it can be useful. Maybe not with a menu, but a free floating dialog with a component view like this:

The user can right click a linked component and choose “Find Instances” or similar, and it will display the dialog.

It will take an extra click compared to hovering over an icon in the focus bar, but it will be persistent so users will be able to click and navigate to each of the components.

I love the idea! This is even more useful.

This would be very practical.
In the same vein, an option that lets you know on which pages an image is used could be considered.

I’m answering myself.
With a search by attribute, you can already get this result.
