Add Facebook Chat Plugin to Website

Hi all, I have been trying to add facebook chat plugin of my facebook page to my website in bootstrap studio but it is not showing up on my site as expected.

I have copied the custom code from facebook and tried to paste the code in the the following paths below individually but it is not working;
Settings - Head Content - Before Content
Settings - Head Content - After Content
Publish - Publish Settings - Head Connect - Before Content
Publish - Publish Settings - Head Connect - After Content

Can someone help me out where I might have gone wrong here or how I can get it to work.

Add a custom code component to where you want the chat plugin (Say the footer), double click the custom code component you added and past the code into the custom code window.
