I made a screen recording. The reply doesn’t want to attach video. But here are some screenshots. When i submit the prompt. It will just popup an error but no context of what the error is.
At a glance, those API keys for Anthropic and OpenAI look way too long.
For OpenAI, did you get your API key from this portal?
Do you have your payment information correctly setup on all three of these providers?
Yes, I got it correctly. See the screenshot attached. So I’m not sure where the error is coming from.

Can you confirm that you have your payment information setup, and money deposited in your OpenAI account?
That’s the only other thing I can suggest for this error message that I’ve seen other users encounter in the past.
Bootstrap Studio Documentation says free Ai keys is enough to power the Ai assistant. So somehow it should work even with limited capabilities.
Which AI model where you using when you got the error?
The error does not specify which one. I just get the error pop up.
You’re trying to use OpenAI models, that do not have a free tier.
I get an error on all Ai models. I tried changing it one by one.
Chat GPT has a free tier.
OpenAI does not provide a free API tier, this is mentioned on their website. You can use ChatGPT in your browser for free, but not via the API.
hmm ok, will try a paid tier on openAi and will try again if the error will not persist. Thanks
Bootstrap documentation does not mention it though. Because a got a free API from openAi. If there is a tech support here from Bootstrap studio I would appreciate it.
I’d hold off if all AI models are giving the same error message, it would be likely something else.
I have not used the Gemini free tier before, and will try it once I have time in an hour or two and provide instructions for you to cross reference, or check to see if I also get the error message.

Bootstrap Studios documentation does not mention OpenAI under the free tiers options.
You can generate an OpenAI API token, but to use the API you must have credit in your account and billing information setup. All of OpenAI’s models are pay-as-you go, if accessed via the API.
