Animation's Problem in android devices

I made animation(on loading some Divs and heading) by bootstrap studio 4.1.7 and bootstrap version 3.3

It Works successfully in desktop devices. Not working in android devices

Sorry that you've run into problems! Scroll animations are not run on mobile devices for performance reasons. It can be enabled, but is generally considered a bad practice as far as we've researched it.
