We always have to add custom attribute to the html tag to set the lang of the page.
Perhaps BSS could do this automatically according to a BSS user main setup, for every page ?
<html lang="en"> instead of <html>
For now, when you export your project, just change the code
You can also add a script to do the change for you on export, in the settings of your project "Export script".

Not sure, but if you do a search on the forums there's a few people that have posted some info on them. I don't work with them myself though sorry.
