I used Microsoft Expression Web and one feature that I really appreciated was if you changed the file name of a file or folder Expression would ask you if you wanted to update all the hyperlinks in your web that point to that resource. This would be helpful, for instance, when working with a template and you want to rename a folder for better SEO. When handled like this it is far less likely to create orphan files.
