Is it possible to connect my trustpilot email to reflow to automatically send emails asking if customers want to rate it on trustpilot? I’ve tried looking around but I cant find a BCC setting.
We don’t have BCC support in emails, but you can customize the “Successful Payment” email template or one of the others to include custom text that you wish your customers to see. You can do this in your Store’s settings page under the Notifications & Emails section.
The other option is to make use of the new Webhook feature we released last week, and send these emails to your customers from a PHP/Python/Ruby script.
Can you point us to more information on the webhook usage? Examples would be great!
