I love this program.
I wish it would be easier to be able to directly edit the code (like other editors eg DW or Visual Studio). The custom code feature is cumbersome.
Hello everyone,
When it comes to editing style sheets, I prefer to use SCSS files.
The input is less assisted but is much simpler and allows you to copy and paste.
BSS automatically compiles the CSS code without any problems or configuration.
You can. Just go to the top menu File > Editors > Eternal Editors and add your editor of choice. Then change the default editor setting to your chosen editor. Whenever you click on Custom Code components, CSS files, SCSS file or JavaScript files, they will open in the external editor.
You can’t edit the page HTML code in any editor as that would defeat the whole purpose behind Bootstrap Studio’s drag and drop functionality. You may as well just hand-code your website if you want have direct access to edit the HTML.
