bootstrap studio can't run on win7,why?

I already bought bootstrap studio,and download it to my computer after i enter the key,will, nothing happen my computer's system is win7(64bit),i don't konw why enter image description here enter image description here

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? According to the information on the website it should run windows 7. Try reinstalling and see if that works. Make sure your Firewall isn't blocking it also.
