Bootstrap Studio Interface

Hi, this is regarding the Bootstrap Studio Interface. At the top of Studio was the ‘File’ > ‘Help’ and other tabs. I clicked on ‘Hide menu’ by mistake and can’t find how to restore the toolbar. I find it handy and would like to know how to restore it. Help would be appreciated please.

Press the alt key to reveal the menu and under view choose show menu
