I am using macOS Catalina, Version: 10.15.1. I have followed all that related to add SASS compiler in my Mac. But It says that:
bstudio-sass” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified.
macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware.
Would you please someone know how to fix that?

I hope this helps. It appears that this "block" is set while downloading by the mac browser used, because the download was not done through the apple store.
This problem can easily be bypassed by downloading to a usb stick using your pc. And then installing to the mac from the usb stick.
This is a Catalina "heightened" security feature.
