We have a straight html coded BSS app, with images, etc. etc. and have successfully converted it to the Progressive Web App (no service worker involved), that will fully display on all devices when offline, or in airplane mode. Our client needed this for these reference apps to be accessible when no signal, re: lower levels of a high rise building (basement). The apps contain text and hundreds of images, which are zoomable. Client is delighted and we now have 85 same-same apps to produce for them. Bottom Line: BSS can be used as a PWA - not sure if service workers will work properly. Just wanted to share this among users.

And how do I generate a PWA by BSS?
No support at all, I cannot find a way to make it possible using BSS
