Ok, so I'm new to Bootstrapstudio, but when I go to open any of my saved projects, I get the message: "An error occurred while reading this design. It can't be opened. Intrigued by this, I decided to create a blank project, save it, then reopen it. This worked fine. However, when I added an image to the blank project, it could no longer be opened.
Contact support. They would be the ones that would help with software or purchasing issues, the forums are mostly users helping other users learn how to use the software or working out code issues.
