I am learning how to use bootstrap studio and I have an image I want to use for the background but it is too small for it. Is there a way that I can resize the image and have it not look pixelated?

there are a few ways to manage this but does depend on your use case.
what aspect of your site is the background image being used for?
the image is is being used for the header homepage background
If used for a header then I suggest getting a large file to begin with and then set the background-size to be cover
