I’m seeing that chatbots are becoming more and more common on websites. Anyone using a chatbot builder (free or paid, or AI-power) that they’re happy with?
Any thoughts on Bootstrap Studio adding a chatbot component @martin
Having a chatbot component in Bootstrap Studio would be useful to many. However such a component would require a backend, as it needs to keep your API keys secret and apply rate limiting and other abuse protections. We can investigate adding such components to the app in the future if there is interest.
Since there are costs involved, maybe make it an optional product that people could purchase like the Mail Studio app, or add a third tier to the BSS program that includes it. Another great thing that I bet people would pay for is a “Form Studio” app that integrates directly with BSS. Something similar to Jotform, Machform, or Formaloo. I’d rather give my money to you guys.
