class names locked

Currently was adjusting template Business Casual and I noticed that some of the classes have locks on them and I can't edit them

I understand that I could switch them to html and change it, but I would lose the drag and drop capability on all child element as well.

Found few styles that are locked with (lock)Boostrap mark on it, but I was able to copy out to new stylesheet which overrides them

Is there a way to remove the lock?

(the particular problem I've encountered is for Business Casual template, index.html, cta div)
