Does anyone here know how to unload a site from Bootstrap without using Cloudflare? Cloudflare is blocked in our country.

You can export locally and upload the content to github or any static page hosting provider. The websites are purely HTML, CSS and JS.
What country are you in?
Russia. I plan to try this, but the form-filling functionality will likely become unavailable.
