Is it possible for 2 people to work together on the same project when they are at different locations on different machines but both running Bootstrap studio?

I expect you mean like a Google doc where you can simultaneously edit a site in real time with your collaborating partners edits showing instantly, in which case this feature unfortunately doesn’t exist - would be great though if it did!
You can however use file services like OneDrive or Nextcloud to sync a project between different computers and two people can open the same project file one after another.
One thing I’ve done when collaborating with others is we split the site into all the pages that need creating and work individually on those pages then import them into one project. That works quite well.
