Color Scheme - setup

I have a scheme I plan to use on a website - and I see that Bootstrap, in general, uses primary, secondary, warning, etc. Is there a method that site designers use to determine the colors in the order desired? Using the latest version, it is starting to eclipse the YouTube videos of where items are located and called.

If you go to the Theme tab in the bottom right of the application you can change the colour defaults Bootstrap uses.
