CSS minfiy bug noticed

Hi,
I noticed that when I minify the CSS files it sometime change the sequence of classed applied on a element… like it editor an element has initially background color blue which is later on changed to black by overriding rules and it shows well in preview. But as soon as I minify the CSS file the class sequence changes in the minified file of CSS. Please help.
