When I convert a item in the OVERVIEW and turn it into custom code is there a way to convert that object item into normal again?
About Labels in Overview I am guessing that's considered a object item note?

Once you convert to Custom Code, you can't convert back. You can use the Undo to restore to the point before Custom Code though, which means you lose any edits you had while in Custom Code.
