I’m not sure how many will want this but it’s the little thing that would make BSS match my other applications that are set on dark mode as well. For quick check, consider comparing BSS with Discord and Chrome/Edge browser on Dark theme.

MacOS Big Sur
Just thought I’d chime in that this already works for Mac users (at least those on the newer MacOS versions) that turn on Dark Mode for their computers. All top bars are dark when that is set.
I don’t know if Windows has that type of setting or not, but it works great for Mac users.
Of Course having said all that, I do agree with the OP that it should be that way when turning it on in the app, regardless of the OS settings.
